I’m known as The Mentor to Women Who Are Changing the World in their own unique way. I am the founder of EMERGE Life! Coaching, a purpose-driven company devoted to women’s authenticity, growth, and empowerment. My cutting-edge, life-changing strategies create mindset shifts that open doors and birth new possibilities.

I work with women who feel stuck—held back by insecurities, fear, guilt, indecision, past pain, procrastination, and the weight of others’ opinions. Through clarity, confidence, and courage, I guide them to discover their voice, pursue their purpose, and walk boldly toward the life they were created to live.

Whether through events, workshops, conferences, or private coaching, I bring a unique blend of wisdom, passion, and insight to help women live authentically and align their passions with purpose. I teach how to build meaningful relationships, embrace self-care, and create a life of impact and joy.

As a Prayer Strategist, I equip others with the tools and spiritual structure to deepen their connection with God. From organizing prayer retreats and creating customized prayer plans to leading women in effective spiritual practices, I ensure that prayer is not just an act—but a way of life for those who long for more intimacy and direction in their faith journey.

In 2022, I experienced unimaginable loss—I laid my son to rest after his battle with a rare form of cancer. Just five months earlier, I had received my own diagnosis: stage 4 breast cancer. In my pain, I cried out to God, “Why me?” And He gently reminded me, “Life was never promised to be perfect, but I promised I’d never leave you.”

Defeating “death” wasn’t easy—but it was purposed. My voice has now been amplified to help women rise higher and go deeper. Through faith, prayer, my relationship with God, and the unwavering support of my inner circle, I emerged from a three-year fight—both as a caregiver and as a patient.

And from that battle, a new version of Michele DeCaul was born.

I’m not the same woman—I’m stronger, clearer, and more determined than ever to lead women beyond fear and limitations. In honor of my journey and my son, I launched The DeCaul Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing access to early breast cancer detection and mammogram screenings. Our mission is to ensure breast health and empower women diagnosed with breast cancer to live fully and find freedom. The fight is real, and I’m here to teach other women how to win.

I’m also a wife to my amazing husband Bryan, and we have two beautiful children, along with our beloved son, Bryan Jr., who now lives in our hearts. I enjoy reading, journaling, learning, traveling, and embracing new, soul-stirring and exquisite experiences.
